I could enjoy to see the kitchen area as the pictures. There were a lot of tourists mainly looks the central Asian people. The food was oily for me and my stomach has smelled the dish after ate. Personally, I recommend you to visit some Uzbek restaurants like this restaurant and you can enjoy the difference for each dish.
What to say, something to try. Something unique. You are coming here for the plov (2 versions, one with beef and one with lamb) but also the bread is spectacular. I could stare for hours in the preparation but the quality is good as well
We’ve been so eager to experience local Uzbek food so I found this place after doing some research. At the entrance, we were greeted by its kitchen, baking the bread using traditional oven, chopping the meat, and cooking the rice. It smelled so nice and appetising. Then we tried the rice. My partner ordered the traditional one (beef + lamb), I tried the traditional one with additional quail eggs and a slice of horse meat. We also got some tomato salad and bread. They tasted really delicious! The portion was huge, price was reasonable. Really recommend this place!
